room was dusty and no english speaking channels on the tv,when staying for 3days its nice to chill at night and watch something you understand!! toiletries were missing in the bathroom.

Convenient location.....Friendly and efficient staff.....all facilities spotless

Whilst Swimming pool was excellent the poolside showers were not working. This meant I had to dry off and then go back to my room to have a shower......this is only a minor comment. Also the cooked breakfast was poor and excessively greasy.

the location of the hotel near beach, shopping street, marina, and near the beautiful sights to see in this beautiful city

meals and bar expensive . hotel catered for conferance and weddings would highly reconmend it for a short stay maybe four days

went to see Rod Stewart concert once we found the venue as we did not know it had been changed and nor did the taxi driver

The toilet ran for the 3 nights even although we reported it twice but perhaps they did not have a plumber over the week-end

We were upgraded to a suite for free even though we had paid a quarter of the regular price.

Location and the view of the sea. Comfortable and very clean room. We are looking to book again in the very near future. Highly recommended.

Busy and noisy roads around the hotel, but as previous reviews had mentioned this, it was expected and therefore did not detract from our enjoyment of this hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been a welcome bonus, so take a kettle etc. if you cannot function without your first cuppa of the day!
