hotel was full on the first day of our stay due to the XL airline collapse. howevwe, the hotel had already sorted out another excellent hotel and after our one night there, on our return we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. it was very clean and although the ants in the room were the only bad thing, the facilities were more than adequate. the evening entertainment was good as was the pool. price of drinks was expensive if you weren't on all inclusive. |

The hotel entertainments team were excellent. Ants! But hotel was in the hillside so was expected, also lots of steps to rooms and room numbers not indicated clearly. |

It's a pretty calm place, with a nice environment. The location is pretty good, close to the beach and to some nice restaurants. When cleaning, they didn't leave us any towels. In the middle of our stay, we found a cockroach in our room. |

Cleanliness of rooms, and everything in good repair. Plus all the electrical equipment worked. Room given was in a poor area, I asked for a top floor, or near, and was given 1 right next to pool. I went for peace and quiet, and got complete opposite. But I made the best of it. And they did try to help. |

The childrens entertainment staff worked exceptionally hard to entertain everyone in the evening. There were also two fantastic evening where they booked outside entertainment, african footprint and a temptations tribute band. Superb!! We had breakfast daily but the restuarant staff were not particularly welcoming (even though they were never really busy!). On the two occasions I did go for an evening meal it was very disappointing, the food was bland, and I resented paying extra for juice and coffee at a supposed buffet! |

It was value for money. We did not expect to have an air-condition but we did! Everything is within walking distance (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop) It was a little far from ibiza town. Do rent a car because the taxi fare cost more than the car rental. The winding road drives us crazy. |

Great price and close enough to the beautiful Cala llonga beach (700m). Great hotel facilities (pool, restraurant,etc). 10 minutes drive from Eivissa town. |

Staff on site really helpful and nice (reception, waiters, and cleaning ladies), quiet place close to everything, renting a car from the airport is best as there are many beaches nearby Nothing to complain about the apartments really but the reservation staff of the hotel was not helpful when we tried to make a change. |

Die Rezeptionistin war super nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist super gelegen und hat alles, was für einen erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Ps. Taxi nach Sata Eulalia kostet nur 9 €! |

dat we de huurauto ter hoogte van de apartement konden parkeren. Dit omdat het hotel uit verschillende plateau's bestaat. Omdat wij op de hoogste level zaten hadden we niet veel last van het geluid van de animatie. Lager zal het tot 23.30 uur last of irritatie geven. Volgens onze mening kan de geluidsapparatuur stukken lager (volume) gezet worden zodat ze bij het zwembad nog alles verstaan. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Da wir sehr gerne selber kochen,fehlte z.B. eine Pfanne und Messer. Schalen für Obst und Müsli, also etwas mehr Geschir könnte es sein.Aber es ging auch so. |
