Cleanliness of rooms, abundant supply of hot water, good quality food

No porters to help people with heavy luggage. Only steep steps going down to hotel entrance, no ramp for people finding stairs difficult. Reception staff not very helpful.

Staff very friendly & helpful, good location, food choices & standards was excellent.

Lifts were a bit dodgy at times

Food was very good (qualitative and various), hotel staff - polite and friendly.

Quite old and unclean. Walls are extremely thin and audibility is troublesome - it is hard to sleep normaly. Smoking area are not limited - there is allowed to smoke everywhere.

location and food in hotel was nice and varied

the lifts are appaling and dangerous everyday people got stuck in them with doors oening randomly we stayed on the 4th floor and constantly walked up and down stairs not easy and not good at all

Absolutley nothing the Hotel was a dump.

The price was very competitive

The rooms were noisy, we could hear everything going on next door.

The food was the best I have ever had at a hotel,choice,presentation quality and quantitiy it was excellent

The loud music that was playing all the time by the poolside.Entertainment was a little bit tacky

Relaxing on the beach and night clubs

Yes, we were on half board, that is breakfast and dinner, and when we went for lunch . the head waiter came in middle of our meals and asked for money, well if they are so concerned then they should be someone to greet on entrance in restaurant and dont ask money in front of whole guests, as it made us feel we were eating without paying or didnt wanted to pay, the approach was not good by headwait

the rooms are very noisy!! You can hear everything from the neighbours!! Fot that reason we sleep very bad!!

Eten was goed en uitgebreid zowel ontbijt als diner.

Air condition på værelse, gode forhold på rejse dagen (bagagerum og mulighed for at bade), god beliggenhed i forhold til strand, bus og Magallufs natteliv, venligt personale, fin rengøring af værelse.

Større udvalg af drikkevarer inkluderet i "all inclusive-prisen", mere varieret mad med flere krydderier, gøre værelset hyggeligere med flere møbler fx en stol, hold poolbaren åben om aftenen fx indtil kl.24 og lav mere lys ved bordene, så man kan nyde sommeraftenerne, længere "åbningstid" for poolen bare på eget ansvar, gør det muligt at spise sine måltider ude på terrassen ved poolbaren.
