This is not for anyone looking for a relaxing break. Our room was above the main bar, which had music up to 2am, and outside in street was noisiest ,rowdiest village in scotland. Other guests had no respect when returning to rooms at 2am. Our luggage was left unattended from 2pm till 10pm in foyer, receptionist did not know it was there, anyone could have walked off with them. |

the hotel was central to my own local needs Bar food disgusting - i appreciate being a veggie can cause some issues - however we are poorly catered. Rooms noisy, creaking floors and corridors, at one stage found the fire doors jammed opened with fire appliances,Paint peeling from window frames and constant running toilet. Staff not dressed to reflect they postion within the hotel. Verty limited car parking |

the location of the hotel in Drymen the food in the restaurant was very poor quality. Certainly not worth the cost. We also could hear the man in the next bedroom snoring - not much soundproofing there... |

the balcony/the big comfy bed/the cleanliness/tv in bathroom and modern bathroom Hair in fruit salad/when we arrived they said we were not bboked in and then that the deposit for £200 we had paid was not received. Both proved incorrect but it was a scary moment |

The staff were very helpful and always seemed to be happy. The room was very nice and a good size. The hotel has a nice comfortable and homely feel. Only complaint was the meal I had in the bar on the Friday night. The pastry on the steak pie had a distinct chemical smell and taste. Made me think of oven cleaner. However my partners meal was ok. |

it is very close to loch lomond which is good, but it is also not far from glasgow which makes it a good base for days out |

Owner is trying to upgrade and doing so Lady in the bar told us the price of the lager as if it was too expensive.Maybe just a Scottish thing but not good for sales.No adapters for foreign electricals,I let a guest borrow mine. |
