there was only enough coffee for one cup each durung our stay.

A well-situated hotel, with a good bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff were without exception very pleasant and helpful

Nice towels and Leaving

The rooms had no character and echoed, they felt very inpersonable. The gym was incredibly basic - no TV or radio. I was kept awake until about 3:00 by people outside in the street. Generally over priced for what it was.

It met all my requirements and the room had a king sized bed, as opposed to a double. The room was also spacious.

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the close proximity to city center, the Queen's St station ( my arrival point) and Central Station (my departure point) worked well.

i liked the way it is decorated, it is very warm and welcoming.

i stayed there as with my new wife as a wedding gift from my sister, the hotel was very nice but we called up and requested champagne and chocolates in the room at an extra cost of £40.00 but this was not there and the person working on our arrival had no knowladge of the request. also the room was smaller than it looks on pics on the website and the view was not good atall. all we could see was a wall and what looked like an electricity generator.
