Rooms are a bit tired. Lobby has been refurbished very nicely but rooms are not 4 star. Breakfast hours on new Years Day of 7 to 10 not realistic! |

The underground car parking facilities were superb No skysports tv - Very poor choice of food in thebuffet for evening meals and always the hot food was always cold. Our room was colder than the childrens room . |

Everything at the hotel was fabulous! The staff were always willing to help with a big smile, the food made me put on quite a few pounds and the location was perfect. Our room got cleaned every day, making it as clean as when we came. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was for so little money. Very impressed. |

It is a new and nice looking hotel with rich facilities. 1. Although we have been on 2 warm days the air-condition wasn't operational, we were told that is now tuned to wintter time what doesn't make sense. We suffred from the heat during our stay. 2.We asked for a single bed but got 2 beds. 3. Wifi was available only in the lobby . 4. The room wasn't arranged till we asked for soap and towels. |

The Hotel was very close to the local shopping centre, rail link and the elevator and steps to the beach. The hotel dining room provides an excellent service with plenty of choice. The staff are very helpful and well versed in organising good value tours into the local area and beyond. The rooms are comfortable and clean but do not have a bar fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. |

I have not been at Cervantes. They have forwarded our booking to another hotel (Las Palomas). The Las Palomas Hotel is very well placed near Carihuela Playa, just up-hill. It has a fine swimpool and nice open bar. All rooms have a balcony: ours had a fine view on the pool. The restaurant is only buffet and the choice of warm dishes is poor. Drinks at meals are not included. The room/bathroom had some issues and the management did not reply to complains. No phone-landline for customers in the hotel. |

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very nice, the location is perfect - 5 min walk to the train and bus stations. Very nice view to the see. The breakfast and dinner were also very good. Everything was great. Maybe if there is wireless in the rooms it would be perfect, also there is no fitness room there. |
