The bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. The location was good for us. The website promoted the hotel as refurbished to a high standard however past the first floor the general state of the building was poor if not in some parts shabby |

Reception staff were friendly and helpful,shame no one there 24/7 though.ie night porter. Yes the rooms were slanted so everything fell off the dressing table and any other surfaces the minute you put anything down.NOT Impressed.i fek |

The Spa was great and the staff very helpful and friendly/ The room was tiny and very scruffy, the bathroom inadequate, the towels provided with very small, my bed made a lot of noise and I had to ask for a new room. Very basic things like a bath mat, reading lamp and TV remote control were missing from rooms. Although a double room, one side of the bed was unusable because of extreme sloping ceiling overhanging the bed. |

Free wifi, clean and comfortable bed friendly staff and dvd player in the room. Main complaint has to be the shower it was truly awful. The shower head didn't work properly so the water just trickled out and it was also ridiculously hot no matter how much you turned it down. Also the walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hotel. |

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. There was no hot water on both days of our stay. On the day we were leaving there was no hot water at all coming from the tap in the sink which shows the hot water had actually been turned off. I called reception and they said they would change the hot water to constant on the timer!! |

The hotel gets pretty average reviews considering we found it convenient, clean, comfortable and stylish. We had a room with sea views, a four post bed and a bath which made for a nice weekend away. The breakfast was fine and free, plus the hotel is close to all the action. I only wish we had booked a massage at the day spa next door! |

Close to city cnter and the sea site. The room looks nice. For such a small hotel it is quite quiet. They didn't clean the room and didn't give fresh towells every day. The room it's small. The coffie cups where not cleaned from previous people using the room. |

The staff were friendly and the continential breakfast was plentiful and included toast. Although on the 4th floor with no lift stated I was not expecting 67 steps to the top...also their card machine was not working and I had to go to a cashpoint before even allowed to check in which I thought was bad as I had to carry a lot of cash in an unknown area! Parking was expensive and very tricky it was £9 a day outside the hotel! |

The location The window in my room was very old and ill fitting - problems developed with the wind in the middle of the night and had to use towels and blankets to block the draft out. Room in need of referbishment and was the carpets and general decore outside of the entrance areas. |

The proximity of the hotel to the seafront, pier and bars and clubs. The room was very small but adequate, the only issue that arose during my stay was that the carpet could have been a lot cleaner upon my arrival as it was quite dirty and troublesome when getting out of the shower with clean feet! |
