Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is an exclusive hotel on the island of Mallorca. It is situated in the center or the historical town of Alcudia. Built one century ago, this unique property invites you to relax in beautiful surroundings. The design of the property and the technology are available one avant-garde in style. However the comfort and cosmopolitan ambience capture the mediterranean spirit of life.
In previous decades Cas Ferrer Nou was a blacksmith’s house. Some centuries ago, it was part of Alcudia’s main square.This hotel has been created with careful attention to detail. Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 32.10 per night and person for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 48.15 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Food & beverage

Traditional, Majorcan-style breakfasts are served in the hotel, prepared from local ingredients. You can enjoy your breakfast on the patio in the open air or in the lounge area.

Room information

Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is an exclusive space situated in a privileged situation with 6 modern and quiet rooms. Each of them has been designed with a different concept in mind. These concepts are linked with lyrism and Mediterranean life attempting to capture a new cosmopolitan, yet comfortable way of life. Throughout the hotel, tradition is mixed with modernism and different Mediterranean themes are represented. Some of these concepts are L’Alguer, Pollentia, Istanbul, Botticelli, Safo, Kavafis.

Area information

Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is in the centre of Alcudia, in the North of the island. The streets of Alcudia are a mosaic of the different mediterranean cultures. Centuries ago, the Norht of Mallorca was a strategic political point because of its position privileged between the two baysprotected by mountains. Alcudia became the most important roman city in the Balearic Island and was known as Pollentia. Near the hotel you can visit the ruins of Pollentia which constitute the main roman remains of Mallorca. It is also possible to see the remains of muslim and Christian conquests and the influences of Italian renacense.

Alcudia has much to offer for those interested in nature and ecology. The Natur Reserve of S’Albufera is nearby and offers a quiet haven of beauty and a variety of bird life. The bay over 12 kilometers of beach, savage calas, mountains …

The new Aucanada Golf Course is situated a few kilometres form the hotel and the Club is also close by. For those with an interest in sporting activities there is much to offer on land and in the sea. Alternatively, you can enjoy relaxing and taking siestas, keeping with the true Mediterranean way of life.

Prachtig design hotel midden in de oude stad van Alcudia op loopafstand van het marktpelin met veelrestaurantjes en barretjes. Een absolute aanrader, perfect ontbijt en prachtige kamers.
