The general ambience was very much to our liking and was added to by the very welcoming/obliging staff. The road noise but we were offered an alternative room which we didn't take up. |

The room was large and well appointed including a sitting room. There were different public seating areas which were comfortable and well decorated. The food, wine, restaurant and bar were very good. We were not aware that it was so close to the busy road, so there was road noise but our room was on the back overlooking the patio and garden and the only noise there was the cooling plant. |
