The Holmwood is a family run guest house situated in a central position 200 yards from Tolcarne and great western beaches and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

All of the delights and attractions of this part of Cornwall are at your doorstep, which makes the Holmwood Guest House ideal for your stay in Newquay.
Within a few miniutes walk you will find Newquay Zoo, Water World and the colourful Trenance Gardens and boating lake.

The guest house has 6 en suite rooms, accessible with own key at all times. The guest house is open all year round and has parking at the rear for 4 cars.

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

I liked the fact that it was close to the station and there was no specific time you had to be back by if you were out at night.

The owners were friendly, providing us with our own keys so we could come and go as we pleased. They also helped us out by recommending were to eat and visit.

The room was very clean and tidy, felt like you were at home! excellent value for money. the main town was just on your doorstep. have booked up for later in the year, i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
