beautiful location of the hotel. I think the location is in one of the best parts of Puerto de la Cruz. We were celebrating the New Year's Eve. Most of the guests were after 60's. So it was not much fun for a young couple like us. But we still had a great time! We were celebrating the New Year's Eve. Most of the guests were after 60's or families with children. Das zugeteilte Zimmer entsprach nicht der Reservation. Erst nach Reklamation erhielten wir ein besseres Zimmer, aber nicht das Zimmer mit Seesicht, dass wir bei der Reservation bestellt haben. Das Essen im Hotel ist für deutsche Touristen gedacht, die im Urlaub das gleiche essen wollen wie zuhause. Essen entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. |
