We were surprised by the hotel because we didn't we'd find such a good hotel in Calella but we were obviously wrong.. This hotel's amazing.

Les Palmeres was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. The pools were also very clean!

Parking for car as it is very necessary as there is no on street parking

A few of the staff could be quite officious. Last minute breakfast one day at last time displayed, we were made very aware this was not expected. We had two rooms booked & due to late circumstances we could not arrive together, one reception staff refused to let my son in although he had a passport and same name. Eventually after speaking with me on the mobile he reluctantly agreed.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, free wireless LAN in the lobby area, I could not try the food but it looked good.

Overpriced for this time of the year (Feb.08), even though a trade fare was going on in Barcelona, not located at the sea front
