Clean, well appointed, good location, car parking facility, good buffet sellection and some staff very customer focused. Expensive for a single person, some staff not customer focused, especially resturant and bar staff, reception staff very good indeed. |

The staff were excellent, the beach was beautiful, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne as it was our anniversary. Breakfast was nice and included in the price. And the buffet dinner was good value. Our room was lovely and had a great balcony with a fabulous view. |

The hotel staff was responsive to our requests. When we asked for a room change they did their best to accomodate us. The ocean view is very nice and one is able to hear the ocean waves all night. There is parking available in a secure garage. The food was awful. The rooms were very small and the beds are hard. The refrigerator also is extremely small and one is unable even to fit a carton of juice in it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors easily. |

Hôtel au charme désuet. Très belle situation, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Service individualisé et professionnel. Nourriture excellente et variée (le chef de rang est très efficace). On parle le français à la réception. Accueil très sympathique par un réceptioniste français. Les transats à la plage pourraient être changés |

Vänlig och trevlig personal med en opretentiöst beteende. Trivsamt hotell i lugnt Cala Fornells. Omedelbar tillgång till liten fin strand med hotellets egna solstolar, fri tillgång badrockar och -handdukar. Internet gick att låna utan kostnad. Närhet till bergsvandring, bergsvägar för bilande och endast en 1/2 timme bilresa till Palma/flyget. |
