The Hotel was close to all amenities regarding Puerto Banus. Everything was just a short walk away. Our Rooms were cleaned everyday to a fair extent. The staff could have been a bit more welcoming. It got very noisey at night depending on the people staying there. There should be a time limit to noise within the hotel as we did not see this in place. There should have been a kettle in the room and more plug sockets. |

The location and price are excellent for Puerto Banus area. The AC was not working well. Though I know in Spain, overall they don't use AC as much as we do in the States. |

the location near El Corte Ingelis, the plaza, and the port. There was also very close Internet shop, currency exchange shop, grocery store, and ATM machine. that it is very close to the highway which makes it noisy sometimes. also the voice of water inside the pipes from even other rooms which was noisy. |

They cleaned the room everyday and made your beds. Even though it was self catering they only provided a hob, no oven, kettle or toaster so you couldn't actually cook much. |

everything.............. it was awesome we were threatened with being thrown out after just one night for something we didnt do. this was worrying for us at the time but we did resolve it amicably with the hotel management in the end. they are very strict which is a good thing because there are a lot of groups of young people |

all in all i would have to say the hotel was perfect for our group of seven young adults. We had two rooms with four beds in one and three in another with lots of space. Very close to the pier where all the shops and resteraunts, bars, and like one club like place for a night out. Definately would stay here again especially in the summer time. Did not use the car very much. Everything necessary to eat and shop was in very close walking distance. However, you can definately use a car to head down the road to see more of Marbella. The hotel was more in Puerto Banus. |
