They informed us they had a laundry service, we asked them to do a load of washing. Without telling us the expense they went ahead of charged us 209 euro when checking out - not impressed!!

The TV only had one english channel, CNN.

Close to the Concha beach and Centro, Old town and the Port. Room very comfortable once we got the air conditioning working (east exposure- very hot first morning)

The hotel's location is just wonderful--- central and directly across from the gorgeous and interesting walking promenade at the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom adequate. All in all, an excellent choice for our prince range.

The closet was so poorly designed as to make its use very inconvenient. We could not figure out the use of the safe, so we did not have access to it.

This hotel was located a block away from the Bay of Biscay. It was very close and was easy to walk to almost everything. The rooms were very nice and quiet.

We asked one of the workers if breakfast was included and he said yes, however, when we went to check out, we were charged for breakfast. They told us that it was not included and we had to pay the price.

The hotel was very central, ideal for la Concha beach. very good selection for breakfast, which is served till 11.30a.m.

First impressions of staff were terrible. First on entering the underground car park we met one of the rudest men i have ever had the misfortune to meet. having followed a car down a ramp because there was no space on the level we were on, it transpired that we had gone down wrong ramp. Instead of just telling me this he slammed on the roof then proceeded to act agressively till i found a spot...
