Free internet in the room Restaurant prices were very expensive and the choice was limited. No sound proofing in rooms so very noisy. Poor parking. |

The hotel is beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially in the information desk which provided lots of sightseeing info, maps, resevation). A very large, comfortable and clean room. The hotel is located just near the old part of Jerez and has a relatively easy access to the highway. |

A beautiful centrally located yet peaceful hotel. Good breakfast choices. A personal local guide for the area in reception most of the time was very helpful Although there was a bar by the pool and in the central building they never appeared to be open which is surprising as it was the festival week for the town and only mid September. |

Convenient location to all visitor attractions. Helpfulness of staff. Parking on site. A proper bar would have been good especially after coming back in the evening. Sound proofing in the rooms could be better. |

The layout of the hotel is excellent. It was great to be able to go from our room directly to the pool without going through reception. The staff were extremely helpful - they could not have nicer. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive. If it had been, say e8-10 or so we probably would have eaten at the hotel every day. But we also knew we could have toast and coffee or tea only. Also, when we did have the buffet on the first day, it was quite late, so the hot food would have been there for some time. However, my partner ordered a fresh omelette so that was ok. |

Housekeeping was very noisy, moving furnature over the floor tiles, this could be heard from about 8:30am and from all rooms being cleaned. |

Everything about the Hotel was Fantastic. Large open gardens, separate buildings and styles for each facility. Tranquility throughout was amazing. Our room was modern and the bed was more comfortable than any other. The "Wellness Spa" was not in working order (the Jacuzzi and sauna). The main disappointment was the breakfast. We were thankful we didn't pay for it when we booked. For nearly 17€ each, you could have some cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurts and cold scrambled egg with tinned sausages. Very poor. We had a coffee instead and took a walk into town for breakfast. |

The hotel was in an excellent location being near the old town and the horse riding school. The hotel had excellent facilities, tastefully appointed. The central garden was beautiful. The hotel also had on-site car-parking. The 'ask me' service was excellent. The breakfast, while on the expensive side, was very good, with good quality fresh produce. The hotel would have benefitted from having a bar in use in the evening for one to relax after a busy day or evening out. |

From the moment I arrived I, every member of your staff treated me with such kindness and attention. After a long hot drive it was much appreciated. I also enjoyed the design of the hotel, the beautiful gardens, the artwork, the attention to detail, the excellent restaurant, all provided me with a very pleasant stay. |
