Layout of the room and eating areas

Did not like the disabled facilities in my shower room. I have had one without in the past and it was much better for me. The past door between rooms allowed too much noise through, I could hear everything in the next room

Late check in was fine, although hot food not available after 10pm.

Bar prices quite expensive. Little bit further from airport than expected, awkard if parking car in long term car park, no way back to hotel.

the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel

there was a constant loud noise coming from over our room, continued through the night,perhaps was airconditioning system? disturbing at night. breakfast was nice but expensive

I felt the room were very spacious and great value for money,perhaps the additional 5 euros price for a tray to be brought to your room is slightly excessive,my 2 coffees cost 10.40!!!!

Proximity to airport (not the closest, but still very close, and cheaper than the closest), helpful staff and complimentary parking & airport shuttle provided,clean,comfortable,overnight stay only, did not eat at the Carlton, thus cannot comment on the food.

A little difficult to find, given all the construction and roadworks happening at and around, the airport. Concise directions taking these factors into account would have been greatly appreciated by we extremely travel-weary tourists!

Free parking. Clean & pleasant facilities.. I was told we did not get free breakfast because I booked thru booking.com

Under-powered electricity in room; circuit breaker repeatedly tripped when using iron with T.V. on. Bathroom lighting very poor; inadequate for shaving & makeup application.
