The staff were very friendly, especially Sofia, who was always gracious and extremely helpful. The attendants in the restaurant at breakfast were also courteous and offered prompt service, which I especially appreciated since I was a solo traveller. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby looked a bit shabby; the black leather couches looked tired, overused, and directly behind the desk on the back wall behind the reception desk there was a large spot in the middle of the wall where the paint had chipped off. This was very noticeable and detracted from the friendly welcome of the staff. The wall needs fresh paint and the furniture replaced. |

Location, breakfast ok. Internet didn't work for 24 hours, remote control of television was broken, shower seems to be meant for the whole bathroom, air quality in the room was really bad, the room was above a pub with dance music till after midnight. |

The fact that the hotel was so central Two of our rooms had a stale smell. The staff were disinterested.The noise. |

It was close to the temple bar Staff were not welcoming, didnt have a safe or fridge in the room and when you go down for breakfast they say its until 1030 but if you go down at 10 they dont make you feel welcome asthough there put out by making you breakfast |

Overall the hotel was excellent value for money, comfortable and well run. Being a city centre hotel, a certain level of street noise is to be expected and the other reviewers on this site did mention that problem. However, the windows in our room weren't at all sound-proofed and, if replaced, could have made the room a lot more comfortable. |

Great location - close to Grafton street, and to dining places / pubs. 1. The windows in such a noisy / busy location should be double glazed... 2. The room had a strand "humidity" smell (from the air ventilation system?) |

Its central location Internet service required a reboot every time it was used. Night club next door kept us up all night before travel. I wouldn't book this hotel on Thursday-Sundat. |

Reception staff were nice, bar was nice Yes, we had a terrible experience in the dining room which I made known on departure. We were informed that breakfast was served until ten o click, we arrived in the dining room at nine fifty to be told that we were too late for breakfast. I took out my phone and it read 9.52 which I showed the waitress. I can't fit anymore detail - not enough room ! |

The location was very convenient The room was dark and dingy,noisy (traffic, noise of air con), smelt of cigarette smoke even though I requested non-smoking, breakfast was not very good (fresh fruit not very fresh, no dried fruit for the cereal, tea very strong) |
