Very central and great value for money with nice cosy rooms.

Clothes were found under the bed when we were leaving which did not belong to us!

room clean, staff friendly. Hotel quite central, and within walking distance of town centre and pubs.

first night was placed in room next door to elevator. Did not sleep most of night due to people getting in and out of lift - made more noisier by people full of alcholhol.

Very close to city centre, it was great value for money and the facilities were very good.

The parking arrangement was bad but that was a very small issue.

central location

parking a nightmare. c/park behind was not available& got a lecture about not having any arrangement with holiday inn. had to park on the street & get up at 8 to pay ticket. should have some arrangement with a car park nearby. staff not at all sympathetic

Central location and good breakfast.

The staff were very unhelpful and rude, they made no effort to welcome us. We checked in before 3pm and were allocated a smoking room, we had requested a non-smoking room but the staff refused to even try to re-allocate a non-smoking room. The room itself and the corridor outside stank of stale smoke.

Good sized bedroom and the swimming pool.

We had problems at check-in - the room reserved was not available and we were put in a smoking room. As non-smokers, it was a very smelly room. Housekeeping were asked to come and spray the room but didn't turn up so we had to seek out a store at 8.00 pm on Sat night looking for air-freshner.
