This modern 4-star hotel is located next to Parque Juan Carlos I and the Ifema and Palacio de Congresos exhibition centres, with excellent transport links to the whole of Madrid.

The convenient location and superb transport links make the hotel an excellent base whether you are in Madrid on business or for leisure. A nearby Metro station, less than 50 metres from the hotel, offers fast, convenient access to the city centre. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service from and to the airport.

The hotel’s excellent facilities include private parking, a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool with bar; great if you are relaxing after a hard day’s work or a long day exploring Madrid and the surrounding area. For business guests, the hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet access and a selection of impressive meeting rooms.

Style of rooms - very modern and clean

The shuttle service from the airport was abysmal. Required 2 phone calls to the hotel to find out where the airport bus had disappeared to. By the time all our party eventually arrived at the hotel, we were told that food was not available. However, thanks to an enterprising f&b Manager we got a sandwich.

Refurbishment work meant that the hotel was noisy during the day at a time when I needed to work. However the staff did warn me of this on arrival. By the standards of international hotels the quality of the breakfasts was not good. Arrangements for the courtesy bus to and from the airport were excellent.

Hotel was very modern and the price very good compared to most places I stayed during my visit to Europe. Shuttle to and from airport was a great thing for us since we had lots of luggage.

Some of the staff did not seem very pleasant when we asked for information on the area.
