we had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. one of the best new years we have spent. the food is fantastic, the staff other than one barman were brilliant. the cleanliness is excellent. myself and my family will definately return.the location is perfect near to all the amenaties and beach. a bonus was the weather was lovely. eric the entertainment guy was great . ther was nothing about the hotel we did not like. |

I liked the stay, it was as expected There was very noisy English men in the bar and they vwere very drunk and not especially friendly. But I guess its impossible to make them behave better. |

Manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme de la part du personnel d'accueil, qui a très mal géré une erreur de leur centre de réservation concernant nos chambres. Ce n'est décidément pas un 4 étoiles, mais une ancienne pension reconvertie en hôtel, sans parking, sans Wifi, avec un espace piscine coincé entre des murs et une qualité de repas en demi-pension similaire à une cafétéria d'entreprise. |
