Hotel was basic but clean. It was reasonably priced so quite functional and served its purpose.

Service was questionable as they kept us waiting to check in for about 15mins with no explanation (though we realised later that they had computer problems), had no iron available when requested and was not friendly.

in order to get breakfast an extra fee had to be paid but it wasnt clear what was the procedure to have the breakfast served...so was a bit missleading

When we first checked in they gave us a twin room. We have booked a double and they tried to say you had to make a special request for a big bed. Surely double and twin's are the same in most countries! In the end we swapped rooms and got a double, as we had booked
