The location. The beach is a few minutes walk away and near enough to the night life to enjoy it but hotel still quiet in its location so sleep was not a problem. Not the hotel itself but one member of staff (of the 3 we dealt with) was unhelpful. |

The pool was a good size with ample sun beds with sun terrace. The entertainer worked very hard and my son had a fantastic time joining in with the activities. Oh and i played football as well. The staff all around the hotel were friendly and helpful, except one older barman who was anti English from his comments. A good holiday, it was a shame we didnt stay for a fortnight. |

Clean honest appartments. Friendly reception, and close to beach and eating establishments. Good pool area, plus indoor pool. Not enough evening etertainment. |

It looks ok from the outside. We booked for 7 nights but only stayed for one because the quality of the room was so poor. The room was cold and dirty, the heating/air conditioning did not work. The bedsheets and blankets were damp and cold. The cooking rings were so dirty and rusty it´s unbelievable. Electric sockets were hanging off. Soundproofing was a joke, we could hear everything from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. |

Very clean aparthotel, in a great spot near everything but far enough away to have peace, 2 minutes into Palmanova and 5 minutes to Magaluff and Torranova. Great pool, big bar area... All in all a great hotel, many thanks for a great stay Rosa del mar. |

Très bon accueil du personnel, parking privé et le calme relatif du mois d'octobre Rien de particulier si ce n'est un manque d'entretient au niveau immobilier (tache d'humidité sur les murs, boiseries défraichies ) petits détail qui que l'on remarque au premier coup d'oeil. |

La proximité de la plage et en plein centre de palma nova. Notre climatisation qui ne fonctionnait que un jour sur deux malgré nos réclamations. Nous avions choisi un studio censé être pour 4 personnes. En réalité c est une chambre double avec un canapé lit supplementaire. C'était la taille d'une chambre double et pas d'un studio. Le menage n'est pas fait 2 fois par semaines , les jeudis et dimanches. En plus notre chambre n'était jamais faite avant 16 H. |
