Location of hotel was also good directly on the beach, outside area was nice. Evening shows was good. The choice of the food was very good. Before we arrived we send 2 e-mails to hotel administration with questions - no one answer us!?? Safety Deposit Box in the room was for money?!!! Clean was just the middle of the room - when we arrived on bed was some black hears and other days in corners where hairs and dust. And all the time our toilet water was running - no one came fix it. |

The choice and quality of the food was extremely high. The rooms were cleaned daily and the swimming pools were well-maintained. Location of hotel was also good directly on the beach and at the edge of the resort. Location of room overlooking the toilet block. It was also directly above the entertainment lounge which was very noisy until about 11.00 pm some evenings, not good when trying to get a young child to sleep. |

Our first visit to Majorca and as mentioned in the hotel survey report we were pleasantly surprised at the high standards and general staff effeciency and courtesy.. thanks to all. Had some rainly days - surprised that hotel dropoff area not under shelter and necessary walk over wet cobbled pavement to lobby entrance.. |

personalet er simpelthen så søde og venlige, hjælper med alt! Rigtig rar stemning. De store buffeter morgen og aften er varierede og af høj kvalitet. Vi skulle virkelig lægge bånd på os selv for ikke at spise alt for meget. Minigolfbanen trænger til at blive sat i stand. Til morgenmaden ville det være rart med frisk brød, man selv kunne skære, ligesom der er til aftensmaden. Men det er jo småting. |

Direkte Strandage, Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, Es war leider ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, die Appartements die zum Pool gelegen sind, waren, sehr viel schöner; konnte man aber über Booking nicht buchen |

La relación calidad precio es muy buena, los servivios comunes del hotel están a la altura así como el buffet. Acceso directo a la playa desde el hotel. Habitación normal, ni bien ni mal, un poco justa para un cuatro estrellas.El 95 % de los huespedes del hotel eran alemanes, pero bueno es lo que tiene mallorca |

El personal es muy amable y el servicio del hotel es muy bueno. El horario de la cena de 18:30 a 21:00 no es el apropiado para turistas que no sean alemanes. Los jugos de fruta del desayuno no eran naturales. |
