The hotel is situated in one of Santiago’s most characteristic streets in the old town and just a few metres from the striking 12th century Cathedral.

A period stone building, lovingly restored into a charming, small and friendly 13 room hotel. Each room boasts natural light and a balcony from which you can admire this spectacular medieval city. With much of Santiago's major attractions within walking distance, the hotel's location provides the perfect base for discovering and getting to know the city.

Staff were really helpfull and freindly, location of the hotel is right in the old quarter which is a vibrant place to be. It is a small family run hotel which does not have the services a traveller may expect i.e bar, dining room, lounge etc. Good for a one night stay.

Room avialable for luggage storage before room was available. Excellent location in centre of town. Character of hotel.

Some staff had limited English so not able to resolve query about luggage storage prior to visit without help of Spanish speaker. Arrangements for entry from street unusual- had to ring bell when attendant not present (and wake them up if late at night!)

Su situación: en el centro de la zona vieja.

No tiene ascensor (puede ser un problema para algunas personas) pero idóneo para una escapada sin gastar demasiado.

lo que más me ha gustado es el lugar en el que se ubica, la atención de los trabajadores, la limpieza del lugar.

Me cansa un poco subir con las maletas varios pisos, aunque entiendo que no se puede hacer nada.

Su ubicación, esta en el mismo casco historico

la habitacion de matrimonio es pequeña. La calefacción sólo la pone por la noche y a intervalo. se oye el ruido claramente del pasillo y otras habitaciones.
