beautiful hotel grounds, liked the apartment-being able to cook, balcony was very nice. Close to beach and shops, restaurants, and supermarket. The pools were beautiful and clean. Water was very cold however, due to our October visit. Entertainment was loud in the late evening, but overall was enjoyable. Staff seemd primarily concerned with getting the correct amount of money. Before we were even welcomed we had to settle our bill in advance. I wouldn't have minded this so much if the staff had been friendly and welcoming first. Things were nice, but the hotel did not have the warmth and friendliness I expected based on other reviews on the website. |

Excellent hotel for children, plenty to keep them occupied, pool & playground. Entertainment for children was excellent. Staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean and functional. All requests were met. Cleaning staff arrive about 7.30am and if you are staying on the ground floor near the staff entrance, it can be noisy until 8am, trolleys banging, chatting etc. |

Location and Value for money. Noise from room above day & night ie: furniture being dragged on floor. Other guests being loud after nights out and having no consideration for others when passing room ie: running, shouting. I feel hotel needs to emphasise this to guests. |

Hotel is in very good location, just few metres away from beach and all shops, bars and restaurants. All 3 swimming pools are very nice, food was good, rooms clean with air condit. Will defin stay again at Viva Palmanova when will go back to Mallorca. |
