Only the upper floor consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study room, kitchen/dining, loungs and sunroom is for rent. It is in a quiet location with all day sun and big section with established garden. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which opens onto a sunroom, lounge suite, warm cozy fire. Elevated property with partial sea views from upper floor. It is the perfect base to explore what Nelson has to offer.
