The seventeenth century farmhouse has a series of original brick & timber barns, sympathetically restored to create a beautiful collection of rooms suitable for weddings, parties, company events and meetings.
Two of the rooms in the barn complex are licensed for civil marriages. Dine in style in our Pig Sties! Finish the evening off with a Hog Roast, BBQ, disco or barn dance, great fun for all ages.
Every bedroom is individually decorated and well equipped, many with breathtaking views across Breedon Hill and the surrounding countryside.
The hotel and surrounding buildings are located in 20 acres of land on the beautiful Leicestershire /Derbyshire border, beside Donington Park Motor Racing Circuit. All our bedrooms are non-smoking and are comfortably furnished with en-suite, and fully equipped including a free-to-use broadband internet connection. Many of the bedrooms and the guests lounge have a superb view of the 12th century parish church on Breedon Hill.
The Dining room is open each evening to residents and their guests for Farmhouse Suppers, featuring many locally-sourced dishes and Venison from our own deer park. We offer a full range of dining facilities, including:

Careful restoration of our brick & timber barns combines original 18th century charm with the latest technology. Please contact us with your requirements.
The Hitching Room holds up to 30 delegates in boardroom style, has a dedicated entrance and toilets.
The Stag Room has a built-in LCD projector and interactive whiteboard and is designed for smaller meetings or training events.
The Threshing Barn is available for larger functions or conferences, comfortably seating 100 delegates in theatre style with front or back projection. With dedicated reception area, toilets and large free car park it is also suitable for exhibitions or training events.
Lunches are available as a buffet, hot lunch or BBQ and we have a large free car park.
