Oldfield House is set in a quiet residential location and offers superior quality bed and breakfast accommodation. We are a 10 min walk from Lake Windermere and a 2 min walk into Windermere town. Our Rooms All our rooms are all en-suite with either a choice of Premier doubles with a 4 poster bed or king-size bed, or standard doubles. We also have singles, twin and a flexible family room. All have a TV, tea/coffee tray, hairdryer, towels, soaps and either a bath or shower. All of our accommodation has been refurbished over the last 5 yrs so we can offer you some modern creature comforts. Our Food We aim to tempt you with a breakfast menu that uses only the best of locally sourced produce which is cooked to order and includes a Full English, Smoked Salmon with scrambled egg,a croissant and a wide variety of cereals, fruit and beverages. Our bacon is locally cured, the Cumberland sausage is award winning and the eggs free range. Our Lounge We have a guests lounge where you can find many books about local events and attractions. Christian owners. Booking conditions Total non smoking environment, no pets, children must be out of nappies.There is ample free parking.
