Don't you think It's time to make some plans to visit - The mountains soar, the scenery is ever-changing. Snow clings to the peaks and the light bounces around, creating dramatic, picture postcard views and beautiful sunsets. The locals guard Whistler's landmarks and consider themselves lucky enough to call it home.
Where else can you go hiking on a glacier, golfing on a world class course or swimming in Alta lake all in the same day. The Nightlife is as abundant as the wildlife. Easy to see why it was picked as co-venue for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
For our all star accommodation come to Whistler On The Lake. A remarkable place to stay. Our condo has window seating overlooking Lake Alta. Situated on a peninsula, we are surrounded by lake. The only thing better than watching the sunset is watching the sunrise. A personal favourite is sitting on the lakeshore at midnight viewing a sky full of stars.
Getting to Whistler can be an incredible experience. Flights deliver Whistler-bound guests at the international airport in Vancouver. From there, you travel 75 miles north along the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99). The well-marked road hugs the mountains, first overlooking the ocean, then overlooking the valleys, rivers and meadows that offer up generous views between the city and mountain resort. Bring film, lots of film.
Whistler on the Lake is a 2 bedroom condo nestled on the Shores of Alta Lake, next to the Blueberry Hill. Central to both Whistler Villages with Spectacular , Panoramic views of Alta Lake & the Coastal Mountains. Located on lovely manicured grounds with a private beach and dock for endless summer enjoyment. Winter skiing is pretty good too! Try snowboarding, skiing, golfing, swimming, canoeing, sailing or just sitting at the beach.
Our condo is spacious and well equipped. A corner unit with loads of natural light! Facing northwest. A great place to be when the sun goes down. A four-season kaleidoscope right outside our window. A view through the B.C. Fir trees and beyond to the blue waters of Alta Lake in summer or a White blanket of snow as far as the eyes can see in the winter.
We take utmost pride in keeping Whistler on the lake in top condition to assure you have a carefree & enjoyable vacation. Our Alta lake vacation home is Meticulously maintained with two cozy bedrooms and a picture window view of the lake to wake up to. Plus a double pull out Sofa to cozy up to by the fireplace.
