The apartment is set within the historic surroundings of the Plymouth Barbican, and boasts superb waterside views over Sutton Harbour and is ideally situated for all manner of business and leisure pursuits with its prime position being only yards away from Plymouth Hoe, The Mayflower Steps, The Aquarium, Marina, The Warner Entertainment Village plus the Barbican cafes, bars and restaurants. The town centre is just five minutes walk away with its cinemas, and theatres. It is also an ideal base from which to tour Devon and Cornwall.
The Bedroom is a bright sunny room furnished to a high standard, A double bed with an extremely comfortable duvet and quality linen. The rest of the rooms featured pine dressing table, two pine bedside cabinets and wardrobe. A hair dryer is also available. The Kitchen is fully fitted, electric hob, with overhead extractor fan, built in oven, and microwave. Refrigerator, all cooking utensils, cafetiere, toaster and much more.
The Lounge-diner is a comfortable room with a settee, also a futon that can sleep one other person. Dinning room table and chairs. Television with video, and a few tapes. This room enjoys a wonderful view over Sutton Harbour and the bustling Barbican. The flat is heated by storage heaters, additional heating is also provided if needed, this is included in the rental, also all electric.
