Some parts of the hotel date back to the 15th Century and indeed, there are also plaques dated 1715 on view, which was when Radbrook Hall was the home of the Scottish clan McPherson.Radbrook Hall has been carefully refurbished to combine traditional elegance with modern day comforts and has all the standards of service that promise to make our guests stay a truly memorable experience.
There is over a thousand years of history in Shrewsbury's atmospheric streets.The town dates back to before AD901 and has retained its medieval street pattern with passages that criss-cross the town centre. Radbrook Hotel has a very rich and varied history which is reflected in it's original features such as the cast iron firebacks with the arms of Charles 1 within old fireplaces.The aim has been to keep Radbrook Hall's old fashioned ambience of a large family residence with today's efficient computerised technology and excellent staff training affording our guests a wonderful stay in Shrewsbury, a town caught in a meandering loop of the River Severn and home to Charles Darwin.
The Radbrook Hall Hotel houses a selection of 22 bedrooms. All of our rooms are very comfortable and modern in design and furnishing. Each bedroom has ensuite bath and/or shower, trouser press, tea/coffee tray, TV and video, direct dial telephone, newspaper delivery and early morning call facility.
