The decor and furnishings are attractive and stylish, and we make great efforts to ensure we remember the practical things that help to make life easy when you're staying away from home.
All rooms have direct dial telephones, tea & coffee making facilities and television with teletext, and if you have a special need, all you have to do is ask. We offer a choice of double and twin bedrooms. Family rooms with baby listening devices are also available.
Business guests can take advantage of our fax and copying facilities. We can also provide rooms available for day time business meetings for which a 24 hour corporate rate can be arranged.
A brasserie is a café doubling as a restaurant with a relaxed setting, which serves single dishes and other meals. It can be expected to have professional service and printed menus (unlike a bistro which may have neither), but more informal eating hours than a full-fledged restaurant. Typically, a brasserie is open every day of the week and the same menu is served all day. The word 'brasserie' is also French for brewery and, by extension, "the brewing business".
