A large 2-bedroomed apartment within a secure complex. This unit is tastefully decorated ( wife's idea) to a high standard, nothing tacky or cheap!
The main bedroom has a double bed (queensize) whereas the second bedroom has two single beds. A en-suite leads into the main bedroom. The main bathroom has a separate shower cubicle apart from the large bath.
A open-plan kitchen leads into the main lounge (living) area where you can either watch T.V. or listen to your music etc. through the home entertainment system. A sleeper couch doubles as the main sofa but there are ample seating arrangments,nearly forgot to mention the breakfast bar!
Sleeps four adults easily.
It's children friendly and provision is provided for babies as there is a travel cot and toiletries(nappies,wipes and covers). A gas barbeque (braai) is provided together with patio chairs on the stoep (patio)
Feeling energetic? A swimming pool, tennis AND squash courts are included.
Dirty clothes? No problem as there is a laundry in the complex as well.
No stairs to climb and TWO parking bays.
Only 5 minutes walk to the main beach and 6 minutes to a shopping complex for food,gifts and PUBS!

RATES- High season ( December,January and february)=R550 per day
Mid-season (March,April, May, Sept,Oct and Nov.)=R450 per day.
Low Season(June,July and Aug.)=R375 per day.
A discount will be given for stays exceeding 7 nights.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged as well as car hire.
