Etruria House is one of the finest Victorian properties to be found in the leafy suburb of Broomhill.The house contains 10 bedrooms, 6 of which are en suite.All rooms have Tv,tea & coffee making facilties. Exit Junction 33 off the M1 and follow Sheffield Parkway to Junction 1 signed "Cutlers Gate" A61 Barnsley, continue for approx 1 mile following signs for University of Sheffield / West End Hospitals. At "J7 Shalesmoor" sign follow A57 Glossop sign, Follow the dual carriageway up the hill past a Shell garage on the left. At the roundabout at the top , turn right towards" Broomhill" where you will see the University on the right and the Childrens Hospital on the left.Continue ahead until you reach a main set of traffic lights (excluding pelicans). At the lights turn right and in approx 1/4 mile turn left through two white gates into the car park.
Travelling from the North
Exit Junction 36 M1 following "A61 Sheffield" continue past Sheffield Wednesday football ground on the right until you pick up signs for the A57 Glossop,University /West End Hospital signs. (Follow as above) you will pass the main University and the Childrens hospital then turn right at the next main set of traffic lights. We are 1/4 mile on the left hand side passing through two white gates to the carpark.
Etruria House is ideally situated 1.5miles from the city centre,Sheffield theatres,Galleries and Winter Gardens. Sheffield Arena, Meadowhall DonValley stadium are also within easy reach.
The local Hospitals: Royal Hallamshire Weston Park & Childrens are all within walking distance.
Sheffield University is a 10 minute walk whilst Hallam University is a 15 min walk. The second most visited area of Europe the Peak District is a short drive.
