The accommodation comprises of a very large period lounge with dining area, superb kitchen, 2 family bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms. It has handsome fireplaces and is furnished to a quality standard. This is old Edinburgh charm and space.
The property has many original features which allow everyone to appreciate what elegance is about.
The accommodation is heated by gas central heating and the radiators are fitted with thermostatic controls. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen has the usual appliances, gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave plus pots & pans, crockery, cutlery and other cookware.
The flat is in walk in conditions with fresh linen on the beds and fresh towels available for your break.

The east end is a great location for a mixture of restaurants, quality bars, shops, clubs, The nearest main route is London Rd A1 which gives you easy access to all bus routes and numerous shops, pubs and restaurants
