Boasting stunning views over the marina, the hotel’s modern French-style brasserie, Brasserie de Verres En Vers, serves a tempting menu of fresh food, using both local and French ingredients. All meals are accompanied by a carefully chosen wine list, comprising of French labels, champagnes and aperitif-style drinks.
Each morning the brasserie offers its Super Breakfast Buffet which features over 120 breakfast dishes from the Continent and Scandinavia, as well as North America and the English breakfast. Sunday Brunch is popular with locals due to the vast buffet options.
Set on the ground floor, the contemporary-style Martello Bar boasts an amazing focal point: an amazing aquarium housing dozens of tropical fish.
